REPORT CARDS AND PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES / CALIFICACIONES Y CONFERENCIAS DE PADRES CON MAESTROS

 

This Friday, October 24 there be NO SCHOOL for students. We will be conducting Parent-Teacher Conferences for the first quarter of the 2025-2026 school year.
Please be on the lookout for an email from your child’s teacher for the time of your appointment, and we ask you to be on time since teachers need to meet with all the parents.
 
Este viernes 24 de octubre NO HABRAN clases para los estudiantes. Se realizarán reuniones de padres y maestros durante el primer parcial del año escolar 2025-2026.
Favor estar atentos a un correo electrónico del maestro de su hijo/a con la hora de su cita. Les pedimos que sean puntuales, ya que los maestros necesitan reunirse con todos los padres.

WEEK OF OCTOBER 6 - 10, 2025

 

We hope you had a wonderful Semana Morazanica holiday, and have recharged your batteries as we head for the end of the first quarter.

Please take note of the following important dates:

• Thursday, October 9: End of after school activities for grades K-5.

• Wednesday, October 15: End of the First Quarter

• Friday, October 24: Report cards are issued for all grade levels, and mandatory parent-teacher conferences will be held.  Students will NOT attend school on this day. Teachers will be contacting you to schedule your child's conference. Please be on time for your scheduled meeting, as teachers must attend all parents in their classrooms.

• Monday, October 26: Quarter 2 After school activities begin for grades K-5.

• Friday, October 31: Costume Carnival. We will be sharing more information about this fun event in your grade-level blog posts.

Esperamos que hayan tenido un buen feriado de Semana Morazanica, y que hayan recargado baterias para el cierre de este primer parcial. 

Les pedimos tomar nota de las siguientes fechas: 

• Jueves 9 de octubre: Fin de las actividades extracurriculares para los grados K - 5. 

• Miércoles 15 de octubre: Fin del Primer Parcial 

• Viernes 24 de octubre: Entrega de calificaciones para todos los niveles, y conferencias (obligatorias) de Padres y Maestros. Este día los alumnos NO asisten a la escuela. Los maestros estarán comunicándose con ustedes para establecer la hora de la cita para la conferencia de su hijo(a). Les rogamos puntualidad ese día ya que las maestras deben atender a todos los padres de su aula. 

• Lunes 26 de octubre: Comienzo de las actividades extracurriculares para los grados K-5. 

• Viernes 31 de octubre: Fiesta escolar CARNAVAL DE DISFRACES. Estaremos compartiendo más información con ustedes sobre este divertido evento en las cartas semanales del blog de su grado. 

 

 

El lunes 15 de septiembre es FERIADO NACIONAL. 
Regresamos a clase el martes 16. 

Monday, September 15 is a NATIONAL HOLIDAY. 
Classes resume Tuesday, September 16.

PRESCHOOL (Nursery, PreKinder and Kinder) Wednesday, September  10	ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (from First to Fifth Grade) Friday, September 12
v  Our little ones come to school in colored clothes. v  Please do not send a snack (they will each enjoy having pizza, a beverage and a cupcake)	v  Our students come to school in colored clothes v  They only need to bring their snack for recess. v  Two slices of pizza, beverage and a cupcake will be given to everyone for lunch..
