v  Jueves 26 de marzo: Entrega de calificaciones del Tercer Parcial. Este día los alumnos NO ASISTEN A CLASES ya que las maestras estarán reuniéndose con los padres de familia de todos los grados.

v  Viernes 27 de marzo: Celebración escolar de PASCUA (EASTER)

v  Lunes 30 de marzo al lunes 6 de abril: FERIADO DE SEMANA SANTA

v  Martes 7 de abril: Regreso a clases. 

v  Friday, March 13: End of the third quarter of this school year.

v  Monday, March 16: School Holiday (Spring Break)

v  Thursday, March 19: Happy Father's Day! Students will be taking home their gifts for Dad.

v  Friday, March 20: Science Fair for Elementary School

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THESE TWO CHANGES TO THE SCHOOL CALENDAR:

v  Thursday, March 26: Third Quarter Parent Teacher Conferences. There will be NO SCHOOL for students this day as the teachers will be meeting with the parents of all grade levels.

v  Friday, March 27: School Easter Celebration

v  Monday, March 30 to Monday, April 6: EASTER HOLIDAY

v  Tuesday, April 7: Return to classes.

FECHAS IMPORTANTES DEL MES

Viernes 6 de febrero: “Spelling Bee” para los alumnos de Primer, Segundo, Tercer, Cuarto y Quinto grado. ¡Todos nuestros alumnos desde ya son ganadores por prepararse y participar en esta competencia!

Jueves 12 de febrero: Los Reportes de Progreso de Medio Parcial serán enviados a casa por las maestras. Favor estar atentos a esto.

Viernes 13 de febrero: Celebración de San Valentín, y celebración de los cumpleañeros de Enero y Febrero

Ø  Este día los niños asisten con ropa de color rojo. rosado y/o blanco, y traen un detalle para compartir con sus compañeritos (un dulce pequeño con una tarjetita, una galleta, un sellito o mini playdough). Recordemos: dulces suaves, recuerditos sencillos o tarjetitas para intercambiar hechas por los niños. Esto es solo un detallito, les solicitamos no incurrir en gastos innecesarios, por favor.

Ø  Se recomienda calcular entre 15 a 20 recuerditos por grupo. 

Lunes 16 de febrero: NO HAY CLASES - Feriado de Invierno / President’s Day. Favor tomar nota.

Miércoles 25 de febrero: Los alumnos de los grados Kínder, Primero, Segundo, Tercer, Cuarto y Quinto grado salen a las 12:15 m. Este día nuestras maestras tienen un Desarrollo Profesional calendarizado.

Viernes 27 y Sábado 28 de Febrero – Competencia First Lego League de nuestros 4 fabulosos equipos en UNICAH.

MUY IMPORTANTE: NUEVA FECHA PARA LA CELEBRACION DEL DIA DE LA FAMILIA – SABADO 16 DE MAYO! ¡FAVOR MARCAR SUS CALENDARIOS!

IMPORTANT DATES FOR THIS MONTH

Friday, February 6: “Spelling Bee” for First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth grade students. All of our students are already winners for practicing and participating in this competition!

Thursday, February 12: Midterm Progress Reports will be sent home by teachers. Please be on the lookout for this report.

Friday, February 13: Valentine's Day celebration, and celebration of January and February birthdays

Ø  Children come to school wearing red, pink and/or white clothes, and bring a small treat to share with their classmates (a small candy with a card, a cookie, a stamp or mini playdough). Please remember: soft candy, simple treats or cards to share made by the children. This should be a small treat, we ask you not to incur in unnecessary expenses, please).

Ø  Please calculate between 15 to 20 treats per group.

Monday, February 16: NO SCHOOL - Winter Holiday / President’s Day. Please take note.

Wednesday, February 25: Kindergarten, First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth grade students leave at 12:15 p.m. (Our teachers have a scheduled Professional Development that afternoon).
