WRAPPING UP NOVEMBER / CERRANDO NOVIEMBRE

 

November 15 marked the half point of our second quarter this school year. Midterm Progress Reports will be sent home today in grades N3 to 2^nd. Please take the time to read these documents, and if necessary, set up the time with your child’s teacher to discuss their progress at school.

 El 15 de noviembre marcó la mitad de nuestro segundo parcial de este año escolar. Los informes de progreso de mitad de período se enviarán a casa hoy en los grados N3 a 2ndo. Por favor tómese el tiempo para leer estos documentos y, si es necesario, programe un tiempo con el maestro de su hijo para analizar su progreso en la escuela.

 

This will be a short week due to Thanksgiving. We will have our shared meal activities on Wednesday, November 23, as well as the celebration of the November and December birthdays. We ask students to come to school wearing Fall-colored clothes on that day. Please remember there is NO SCHOOL on Thursday and Friday.

 Esta será una semana corta debido al Día de Acción de Gracias. Tendremos nuestras actividades de comida compartida el miércoles 23 de noviembre, así como la celebración para los cumpleañeros de noviembre y diciembre. Les pedimos a los estudiantes que ese día vengan a la escuela con ropa de colores de otoño. Por favor recuerde que NO HAY CLASES el jueves y viernes.

 

As we come back, we will be heading into the final part of the second quarter, as well as working hard to prepare for the Holidays’ Celebration. We will be busy, busy, busy during this very exciting time!  Please remember that students in grades Kinder, First and Second grade will be dismissed early (at 12:15 m) on Wednesday, November 30. Our teachers will be participating in different professional development activities that afternoon.

 A nuestro regreso estaremos entrando en la parte final del segundo parcial,

además de comenzar a trabajar arduamente para prepararnos para la celebración de las fiestas decembrinas. ¡Estaremos ocupados, ocupados, ocupados durante estas tan emocionantes fechas! Recuerde que los estudiantes de los grados Kínder, Primero y Segundo grado saldrán temprano (a las 12:15 m) el miércoles 30 de noviembre. Nuestros maestros estarán participando en diferentes actividades de desarrollo profesional esa tarde.
